Climeon’s partly-owned company Baseload Capital issues green bond of SEK 500 million
Baseload Capital has issued a green bond under their green bond framework. The bond is the first one in Sweden focused on low temperature geothermal heat power. In total SEK 500 million is issued.
First geothermal site approved by customer
Climeon has received its first geothermal site approval from Varmaorka. It is the first geothermal power plant that uses Climeon’s Heat Power system. Varmaorka has now approved the site through a SAT.
Breakthrough Energy Ventures collaborates with Climeon to accelerate deployment of geothermal heat power
Breakthrough Energy Ventures has invested USD 12.5 million in Baseload Capital, the private investment company which Climeon owns part of, to speed up the global deployment of geothermal heat power.
